That means custom house-made salsas and sauces, meat from a local butcher, and organic tortillas.

Gil makes his own spice blends, drawing from his ancestral roots in Mexico as well as his Native Coast Salish roots.

You won’t find greasy gut bombs here, but you can expand your palate with nettle-salted beef or fruit with chamoy!
